The AHSC Rrepresentative shall be responsible for attending all ASHC meetings and reporting back to the hall all information that affects Stephenson Hall. The ASHC Rrepresentative is the designated representative of Stephenson Hall at all ASHC functions for voting functions. The Alumni Chairman shall be responsible for all communication with Stephenson alumnus, including producing an annual newsletter to be sent to alumni, a copy of which shall be filed in the hall. The Alumni Chairman shall also maintain a record of Stephenson alumnus by obtaining from the Ssecretary at the end of each academic year the permanent addresses of each non-returning resident. It shall also be the responsibility of the Alumni Chairman to coordinate and plan for a hall photo to be taken each academic year.
