The Treasurer shall be responsible for maintaining the Stephenson Hall social fund budget, including preserving all receipts for expenditures, maintaining a detailed ledger, and presenting a Treasurer's report at all hall meetings. The Treasurer shall also be prepared to present his ledger to the President or the Scholarship Hall Director upon request. The Treasurer shall present a current social fund balance at all hall meetings. The Treasurer shall issue financial disbursements to persons or businesses from the Stephenson Hall social fund when authorized to do so by a legitimate majority vote of the Stephenson Hall government in a timely fashion. These disbursements must also receive a signature from the Stephenson Scholarship Hall Director.
