The Vice President shall perform all of the duties of the President in the President's absence. The Vice-President shall also serve as the Chairman of the Judiciary Board committee, adhering to the rules and regulations established by the Department of Residence Life, and the Stephenson Hall government governing Judiciary Board conduct. The Vice President shall also seek to organize, improve, and assume responsibility for Stephenson Hall academic resources. He will also be responsible for maintaining and updating the Constitution. He will also act as parliamentarian during hall functions, meaning that he will be responsible for informing the hall about the functions of hall government, meeting procedure, etc. as outlined in the Constitution.
